Welcome to Go Identity, a digital identity verification service provided by Goaco. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
**Service**: Refers to Go Identity’s identity verification platform, including its API, mobile applications, and related tools.
**Organisation**: Any entity that uses our Service to verify the identity of its users or customers.
**End-User**: An individual whose identity is being verified through our Service.
**We/Us/Our**: Refers to Goaco and its Go Identity service.
**You/Your**: Refers to the Organisation using our Service.
2.1 **Eligibility**: You must be a registered Organisation and complete our due diligence process to access our Service.
2.2 **Account Management**: Organisations are responsible for ensuring accurate and secure management of their account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted under their account.
2.3 **Permitted Use**: The Service must only be used for lawful purposes, specifically for verifying the identities of End-Users for legitimate business purposes. Any misuse or unauthorised access is strictly prohibited.
3.1 **Initiation**: Organisations submit End-User details to Go Identity to initiate the verification process.
3.2 **End-User Authorisation**: The End-User is notified via SMS or email to download the Go Identity app and authorise the verification process by entering a unique reference number.
3.3 **Completion**: Upon successful verification, the Organisation will receive a detailed pass/fail report.
3.4 **Responsibility**: Organisations are responsible for obtaining End-User consent prior to initiating verification.
4.1 **Top-Up Model**: Organisations prepay for verification services using our flexible top-up system. No contract tie-ins are required.
4.2 **Refunds**: Payments are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors solely attributable to Go Identity.
4.3 **Currency and Taxes**: Fees are charged in [insert currency], and applicable taxes may apply.
5.1 **GDPR Compliance**: Go Identity processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant laws.
5.2 **Data Usage**: Personal data is only used for verification purposes and is not stored on local devices.
5.3 **Security Measures**: Military-grade encryption, zero-trust frameworks, and multi-layered security ensure the protection of End-User data.
5.4 **Responsibility**: Organisations are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary legal grounds to process End-User data.
